Lots of Announcements!

Christmas... I know, it seems so far away but I must go there. So everyone wants pretty fall photos for their Christmas cards again this year. And I mean everyone is trying to get an October/November weekend appointment.

This Christmas season will be a little different than last years. I will be at 1 location determined by me per weekend day instead of running to 5-6 different locations. It is simply easier as you can imagine. Weekend sessions are now 30 minutes long and weekday sessions are up to 45 minutes. If you schedule a weekend session and think you'll need longer than 30 minutes you'll need to purchase 2 sessions ($150.) I have been testing this new time limit for the past 2 months and it's working out perfectly.

Wait times for a completed CD is about 1 week that may go to 1 1/2 weeks once we get fully into fall. So make sure you are planning ahead!

This year I will also have a "library" of Christmas card designs to choose from. The fee is still $25 per design. I have a ton to choose from with more brand new designs coming! In the next few weeks I will have a link available from those designs to be viewed.

OPEN SESSION TIMES! Please check for no school days, early outs, late starts, etc.. Those dates are filling up fast, beat your neighbor to the punch!

A lot of people have asked if I do week nights - no, I do not. I do plenty during the weekday and weekends, I simply cannot add anymore. Also many people are under the impression that I have a studio, which is also a myth. I have a super small setup that pops up & down in my sitting area. It's conducive to newborns up to 1 year olds. I only use this area on the weekdays and only if it's yucky outside. The Botanical Center is a great location for all ages and there are endless options there. Plus, I'm pretty sure people are coming to me because they are tired of the old studio looking photos, right? At least that's what I've heard...

NEW FAMILY/KIDS/ENGAGEMENT PRICING OPTIONS!
BASIC SESSION: This session fee will remain at $75 (per immediate family up to 6 people.) This includes around 75 images on a copyright released CD. This is the "minimal editing" option. 30-45 minute session depending on if you schedule a weekday or weekend.

ENHANCEMENT "ADD-ON" $25 - This includes 6 enhancements such as collages, wording, names, spot coloring, vignettes, powder coating, etc... I get creative with your photos! Most people add this on to their session, I hear it's "totally worth it!" ;)

Starting Sept. 8th NEW OPTION!
THE WOW SESSION: This session will be $175 (per immediate family up to 6 people, same time limitations.) This includes around 30-40 FULLY EDITED images on a copyright released CD. Plus 6 enhancements. If you've had photos taken by me recently you've probably noticed some new editing techniques which make your photos stand out more than ever. The colors are brighter, eyes sparkle, skin is smoother, and some have a soft glow effect. Of course all this editing takes tons of time, but makes a huge difference! I will be posting some examples on my blog of the difference this editing makes.

So you can spend $75, $100, or $175. This is still very reasonable rates - most photographers sell their images on CD's for $300 or more!
Please keep your appointment time, weekend appts. are hard to come by.
